The details
What happens at the end of the free trial?
You get full access for 14 days without entering a card. When the trial ends you choose a plan to continue. Nothing is deleted if you don't — your workspace becomes read-only until you subscribe.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
Examiner plans are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time from your billing settings. EPC agreements are annual by default because they include onboarding and migration work.
Do you take a percentage of my assessment fees?
No. Assessco is a subscription, not a marketplace — we never touch the fee between you and your referrer, and we don't mark up assessments.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, in both directions, from your billing settings. Changes take effect on your next billing period and nothing is lost when you move between plans.
What's included in the early-access offer?
IME companies that onboard during early access get their first three months at no charge, including onboarding, examiner roster setup, report template configuration, and referrer invitations.
How do I pay, and what if I need an invoice?
Subscriptions are paid by card through Stripe. EPC customers can be invoiced directly — mention it during onboarding.
If I cancel, can I get my data out?
Yes. Your reports, documents, and case records remain exportable, and we'll provide a full export on request. Your data is yours.
